The beach access at the end of the street ensures you’re never far from the surf and sand.

As you step into this thoughtfully designed three-story home, you’re welcomed by the tastefully decorated second-floor great room. The cozy coffee bar is perfect for brewing your morning cup to sip on the screened porch. The bright, colorful kitchen features high-end appliances, with seating for four at the breakfast bar and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. After a day of sun and surf, unwind in the spacious living area with a large sectional sofa and a 65” TV for movie nights. The second floor also offers a guest bedroom with a queen bed, conveniently located across from the kitchen.

The first floor features a game room with a foosball table, as well as two additional guest bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the other has two queen beds. An outdoor shower is located just outside for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. Make use of the gas grill in the open pavilion and enjoy alfresco dining at the bar-height tables with seating for 4 each.

Upstairs, on the third floor, are two more guest bedrooms: one with two queen beds, and another with a queen bed. Each bedroom on this floor shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Coronado Beach House includes a complimentary 4-passenger golf cart for easy exploration of the area, as well as parking for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. With beach access just 2.5 blocks away, a fun and relaxing stay is right at your doorstep!
