4* Alta Vista is a great property for a large group of people. The beach and views are phenomenal. Just needed to fix a couple of maintenance issues to get 5 stars.

5* Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very private beach. 2 sides to the house was perfect for our family with 7 young grandchildren. The AC struggled some on one side. The shaded area under the house was perfect to get out of the afternoon heat. Shuffleboard court and cornhole. The layout of the rooms couldn't have been better. The youngest ones could nap as noise did not carry. Beds were comfortable and bath towels were a nice thickness. We had a great week.
....The air conditioner was replaced...

5* AWESOME PROPERTY. All I can say is, I can't wait to go back and don't plan to look for any other house. Great spot and great property.

5* Can't wait until May when we can once again return to our favorite beach get-a-way, Alta Vista. Everyone has their own private space, the decor feels like home and the location gives us easy access to local shops and restaurants. Loved the neighbors and all of the amenities this home offers.
Shuffleboard. plenty of parking, the beach practically in your living room and not one, but two modern
kitchens. The best part is the memories we have of our family together in one place,

5* Alta Vista is a lovely, modern, beautifully decorated house on a peaceful stretch of Cape San Blas. It is excellent for large groups with its many lovely and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Two kitchens make it easy to prepare meals for a crowd; the fantastic screened-in porch offers a perfect spot to enjoy sunset dinners overlooking the ocean. Each side of the house has its own deck as well. This house, unlike many rentals, truly gives the feel of being in someone’s home. We loved the grill downstairs and the outdoor shower. It is an easy drive into town for basic groceries or seafood. The beach is large and mostly quiet on this stretch. It’s truly a place to relax and spend time with friends and family.

We have opted to return multiple times to Alta Vista with our large family, including small children, teenagers, parents, and grandparents. We hope to return again and again. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
