Nicely equipped duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This home features ceramic tile and hardwood floors throughout, a well equipped kitchen, cable TV, large covered porch, a charcoal grill, and Washer/Dryer. Located between White Sands and Dunes Drive and less than 1 mile from the state park and is a short walk to the beach. This unit is on the first level, upper level is not a rental.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
