"This site was perfect. Camper under pole barn was fantastic. Dock was great. Kayak launch was exactly what I needed. Trout were biting. Scallops were plentiful. I will be back. Love Port St Joe & Cape San Blas. This is now my go to site."

"Everything is as listed on the website, is a relax quiet and the beach is a walking distance from lot, the only downside is a low phone signal on Tmobile service, water in ocean wasn’t as clear as Mexico’s beach, but not sure if is always like that or just the days i was there , i would definitely come back, the stars view at night was amazing,🙂🙂"

"This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find!"

"This RV spot was better than advertised. The concrete pad was great! There is and outdoor shower was is convenient for sand removal. There is even a clothesline that is great for beach towels and swimsuits. All of the hookups were in great condition. It was quiet. We had a great time!"

"A great location from the beach and Port St. Joe. Easy access and full hook up was magnificent. We watched the sunrise from the deck and it was beautiful! We highly recommend this location. "

"We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. It made it difficult to properly drain our tanks. Next time we hope to rent the other side because of this. About a 2 min walk to the beach along a nice path. Beach currently is short so we have to go to the left or right of beach entrance but it was ok with us. Just wanted to put in a heads up in the...

"This is a great location with just a short easy walk to the beach! The only downside is that it is very tight to maneuver into the lot from Cancun drive which is a one lane road with a white fence running right down the left side of it and a light/electricity pole on the right to maneuver between while backing/turning in. The only other concern is there were ants everywhere. I am not complaining and understand it’s nature and we have camped in many different surroundings, but just wanted...
