Escape to our stunning brand-new mansion nestled in Port Sanilac`s harbor. With 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Luxuriate in the 12-ft swim spa while soaking in breathtaking views. Ideal for family reunions, corporate getaways, or weddings, indulge in the epitome of comfort and style. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $69 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 Cars in the driveway. Additional cars must park in public parking lot across the street
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
