Jade Winds Condominiums is a quaint, peaceful complex on the beach-side peninsula in Port Orange. It's also directly on the Halifax River and a block away from the Dunlawton making it the perfect blend of a convenient location and a relaxing getaway.

While the complex does not have a pool on-site, it does have a pier where guests can enjoy the sight of dolphins swimming along the Halifax River. Guests who enjoy fishing, kayaking, or canoeing really enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and beach-side location right on the Halifax River. The complex does include an on-site laundry in the building for added convenience.

The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the complex and has a direct route right down Demotte Avenue. A beach-side 7/11 store is also just around the corner from the complex. Also within a 5-10 minute walk is Mad Dog Surf Shop, an oceanfront park, and all the many businesses along Dunlawton Avenue. Also within a 5-10 minute walk off right on Dunlawton Avenue are many locally owned shopping boutiques, a Starbucks, Fresh Seafood Market, Deck Down Under, Genovese's Italian Cafe, Yaya's Beach-side Bar, Dunes Brewery, Jimmy Hula's, a fishing charter company, gift shops, a CVS, bike rental companies, and Casual Bird restaurant just to name a few. The location truly can't be beat at Jade Winds Condominiums!

When you enter this remodeled 1/1 condo, the riverfront views will take your breath away! The sprawling oceanfront living room holds a comfortable sleeper sofa, a recliner chair, and television. The remodeled kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes 2 bar stools.

The bedroom hosts a king bed and traditional secretarial desk with an adjoining remodeled bathroom that contains a shower/tun combo.

The riverfront balcony can be accessed from the living room and contains chairs to take in the peaceful view. Sit out on this balcony for any length of time and you'll be sure to see dolphins playing in the river. The river is famous for being a playground for dolphins due to it's brackish water and abundant fish supply.

Please note this cozy condo complex does not have an elevator and you must ascend one flight of stairs to reach the second floor where this unit is located. Please also be aware that there is not private laundry machines in the unit but guests are welcome to use the complex laundry machines on-site. You receive one parking space assigned for your unit in an uncovered lot. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
