Hoteller nær Port of Spain Lighthouse

"Friendly staff, clean rooms with fantastic view of the bay. Had a King room."

"I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

"The breakfast was too expensive and it should come with the room for the price I pay the staff was very helpful and I like where it situated everything you need is right around"

"We had an apartment in the annex. Functional thoung a bit dark and worn. Poor internet. "

"This property is very well maintained. The room was lovely. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the location as it is away from the city and surrounded by tropical birds and plants. The property is not a close walk to downtown. We took taxis, which we enjoyed, because the cabbies were friendly and gave us explanations of what we were passing. It is close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Port of Spain."

"Hotel that shows clear signs of age."

"This property is AMAZING! It is spotless, conveniently located and the owner has used her own travel experiences to anticipate what a traveler may need while staying at her property. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful & the owner is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We are definitely planning to be repeat customers. Top level accommodations and host accountability at a...

"This is one of the most unique places to stay in the Caribbean. It is worth staying just to visit the trails and be on the beautiful grounds next to the monastery."

"They did not have my room upon arrival, even though I was in contact with them the day before AND at the airport. They drove me and my children to a partner hotel that was very bad standard. Grand Diamond paid 50USD to Piarco Palace for my short stay. I paid 145USD for the room at Grand Diamond. Now they are not answering my email. I expect a full refund. "

"Although an older hotel, you can see the commitment to experience for the guests. The food was very good. The rooms were good, I was in an older room. Although I had a great view of the outdoor space, the lighting was dim, and space was a little dated. Colleagues on the other side of the hall had updated rooms (closets, lighting, bathrooms). I was comfortable, felt safe, and was fortunate to enjoy the outdoor space, the food, and the excellent service from the team members. Would recommend...

"This is not a hotel! This is a private house with some rooms for rent. We got a room with almost invisible window.. felt like staying in a hole behind the reception desk. We are a couple with a baby. There were 2 towels! ‘White’ with yellow spots on them. And today after we checked out we are itching.. there were probably bed bugs😭 The hotel is under 3km from the airport and calls itself ‘Airport inn’, usually for that price! In Trinidaf(113USD pr night on hotels.com) An including transfer...
