"Fine, standard hotel. "

"Room was really small. Sofa was dirty, had plenty of spots on it. Comforter had spots as well. "

"Facility is clean and the breakfast was well served. Staff at evening check in could be better and the elevators were down and they had been for some time, as the paper on the elevator had bent corners. My wife has issues going up and down stairs, so I started to ask if they had any first floor rooms, but before I could get my comment out, all I got from the agent was "we are completely sold out.""

"The staff were largely great, very helpfull, smiling and attentive. The rooms are good, spacious and the bed very comfortable. Shower above usual US standard. Food in the restaurant excellent,(I ate both in the bar and restaurant), and great service, little or now waiting time. The location was quiet, almost no traffic, apart fromt he Church across the rode which chimed (very discreetly), this did not disturb me at night. "Clean room. Great location"

"The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. "

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"The worst hotel ever I walked in and walked right out. Bugs crawling in the floor in the room. A guy outside with a big pitbull barking at us. A guy outside changing brakes on a car. The people walking around look high. Very trashy low class hotel. "

"We enjoyed our single night stay very much. Decent breakfast and nice spacious room with very comfortable bed. Only minus is the laundry detergent they use has a weird acetone-like smell which hangs a bit in the linen."
