We were not told in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations and were put on a floor that was 90% being renovated.
Front desk was almost always vacant of welcoming personnel. If I wanted something, I would have to call out.
The room we were given was much in need of renovation: window was missing a pane that made outside noise seem like the window was open; the air conditioner was very noisy and did not work properly once we were able to turn it on; there were no hooks near sink and back of bathroom door to hold towels, robes, overnight kit, etc; the corner love seat is useless (very uncomfortable); key card to enter room would require multiple attempts before "green light" appeared.
On the plus side, the room was clean when we arrived.
Also, the always available coffee in the lobby was excellent and breakfast buffet was well stocked and maintained.
