"We really enjoyed our stay! We spent Penn State THON weekend there and it was perfect for our family! Dawn was easy to reach and helpful. Perfect host. The location to Penn State is very close, seven minutes to Bryce Jordan Center! The house is clean, updated, comfortable. They even had coffee/tea bar and waffle bar fully stocked! We will return and stay again! Thank you Dawn! "

"This was a great place to stay for the hockey game at Beaver Stadium. There were a couple of issues related to the snow and extremely cold weather, but Dawn went well out of her way to accommodate our group and make sure we were situated. It's about a 30 minute drive to downtown and Beaver Stadium. I highly recommend this campground for any size group."

"This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help. It is such a dissapointment from what it was. It was under renovation, and messes were left all over. Our first look had water seeping up from the floor ( we did get another one, not an upgrade, just another one) Our room was nice and new, but such a disappointment to what the hotel used to stand for. "
