"Great place, very clean and well appointed property in a quiet residential area. Lots of local wildlife (rabbits and deer) made the stay extra special. Not much around but we knew that in advance. Local store does nice sandwiches."

"Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit."

"Lots of natural beauty, quiet and peaceful.Long walks along the beach with a variety of sea birds and interesting tide pools were a highlight.Lots of stairs leading up to the cabin made for a good workout but not for those with limited mobility.Perhaps a tea kettle and strainer for those who like tea.Otherwise a wonderful week of rest and relaxation!"

"We loved this place. It was like staying at your grandparents’ cabin for the weekend. Very cozy, tons of games, everything you could ever want in a kitchen, and views u like anything my grandparents EVER had! "This property was absolutely lovely and exactly what we were looking for, for the weekend! The yurt was cozy and secluded and the walk to the bathrooms was not bad at all! During our stay, a pipe burst, resulting in no water for a few hours, but Trudy was on it and had it fixed in no time. We would definitely stay again! "

"A lovely getaway for me, my mom and 2 children. The place was clean, well stocked and peaceful. Beautiful views. Didn’t use the hot tub but looked in it and it was clean and hot. Noise from the hot tub was loud, it may have been a setting that was left on. I did mention to the managers and they responded as soon as their office opened - we were leaving so wasn’t going to be an ongoing issue for us, but they said they would take a look, so what more can they do.
