"This property is very old. The window AC unit could not cool the down stairs and continued to trip the breaker. The deck had fallen away from the house before we arrived and was down fr a couple of days. Please be aware of what you’re getting and if it’s hot the house is extremely warm."

"Unfortunately the the entire place smelled of Marijuana. The second level hallway was especially bad. Very dated furniture that appeared to be falling apart. But very comfy bed and clean bathroom."

"First of all my husband had to sleep on the floor on a mattress because the owner said the previous renters trashed the place « I wondered why ». We were lenient and waited as was told that a mattress for the futon would have arrived from wayfair by the second day out of the four that had rented ..."
