There is a private back balcony with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the marina and Portage river. You can see the sunrise and sunset on either side.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher as well as a microwave, toaster, and drip coffee maker. It is stocked with cooking essentials including pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cooking oil, basic spices, and starter coffee.

The primary bathroom is an en suite to the primary bedroom. It features a glass door shower, well lit vanity, essentials, lit make up mirror, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The second bathroom has a door off the living area as well as the second bedroom It includes a glass door shower, a stacked washer dryer, well lit vanity, essentials, lit make up mirror, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Unit has a dedicated 30' dock (contact for use, fee applies).

**Pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.**
