"This place was wonderful! The host is quick to respond to any questions. Cleanliness excellent. The kitchen has anything and everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend It. Also is a convenient location to the beaches and downtown Cape Coral. We lived in Fort Myers and Cape Coral before hurricane Ian so we were familiar with the area. It’s also located in a very nice neighborhood. Thankyou for a great stay🍊☀️"

"Peaceful, loved listening to the cows and roosters in the early morning while sitting on the porch drinking our coffee.Daily visits from the dog’s were a plus. Sleeping in the hammock and sitting by the fire was very relaxing for my wife and I. Our host was also responsive in a timely manner . We hope to visit again soon ! "

"We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...

"The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here!"

"We've stayed here twice now and it's exactly what we need. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The place was clean, well stocked and spacious enough. The patio area is nice to sit at for dinner, coffee or socializing. The beach gear available for borrowing is a very nice, extra perk. We will look to stay here again in the future."

"This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway."
