"My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs"

"The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday."

"The first two days of our stay we did not have electricity. City came out to inspect twice and found no problems on their end, and then an electrician came and resolved issues. After electricity came on the stay was nice. Management company didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. "

"Perfect location and all the amenities you need. Kathy was very attentive to any needs we had. The home was super clean and a chefs dream. Great place for a post Christmas holiday. "
