"In one word…Incredible! Clean, firm but comfortable bed. The view amazing. A large private balcony where we were served an amazing breakfast. The manager was a wonderful host who loves what she does and it shows everywhere. "

"Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience."

"Very good service very nice people..kostas the owner is the best ..100% you should go there ..!"

"Awesome stay! Great little spot close to the beach, and not a far walk to town. Close to a supermarket and places to rent motorcycles! You do need an international license on Spetses. Breakfast was amazing!! The staff helped arrange taxi pickup getting to the port. We had a great room and view on the terrace balcony and enjoyed relaxing outside."

"Very excellent stay at Niirides! Such great hosts sharing recommendations for trips around the Island! Also, lovely breakfast was served at their patio!"

"Lækkert lille boutique hotel i minimalistisk stil.

"We ordered a room for 2 adults and 3 children. Somehow Vanas didn't receive the correct information, as they seemed rather surprised that there were more than 4 people. They could provide us with a room for 4 and an extra bed for the night, and then we could have the room for 5 people the following day I have never slept in a bed so hard as the one in the first room. All through the night, something kept making a noise. Not a perfect start. The next room was better, luckily. The family...

"Wonderful staff and Karl does a great job to make sure everything is perfect."
