"It is 5 mins walk away from ferry to Shell Bay and Studland and Swanage. It is 5 mins walk away from the lovely beach of Sandbanks and further beaches and Chines. For us without a car, it is great to be a few yards away from buses to Poole and Bournemouth and stops on the way. Just amazing. The flat is lovely and well kept. Linen and fluffy towels provided. "The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. "I stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my husbands birthday. The house was lovely and the perfect size for people not to feel on top of one other. The location is great and walking distance to pubs/restaurants etc. we had a great weekend and would recommend."

"Well kept house, good standard of cleanliness, and well equipped and spacious. Comfortable furnishings including beds. Ideally located for pubs, restaurants, public transport and ferries, as just a very short walk. Although close to amenities, the road was quiet. The outside space was nice to sit in, with comfortable seating provided. Highly recommend for a quiet comfortable house to stay in. "

"In a beautiful location with a lovely outlook. We were made to feel very welcome by both Helen and the owners. Unfortunately we had to cut short due to medical reasons, but our family remained throughout, and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. I have already spoken with Helen about my concerns ref. the shower facilities, which were pretty much non existent upstairs, and barely adequate downstairs as well. "A great location looking out at Poole Bay from each the 3 floor. We'll stocked kitchen and the facilities in lounge and bedrooms were very good. TVs everywhere but no SkySports nor BT Sports so no football! One important issue was the mattress in the master bedroom. We like to spend a few days in Dorset in the off season and we both agree that we would love to come back to this house as we loved Poole Quay."
