"Weitläufige Anlage mit extra viel Charme und wirklich außergewöhnlichem Ambiente, die Bilder im Web werden übertroffen, sehr freundliches Personal, allerdings keine Rezeption - dafür sehr schnellen Kontakt und Austausch via whatsapp. 15min vom Flughafen und Hauptstadt aber im Grünen und ruhig. Zentral gelegen für Ausflugsziele. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Würde sofort wieder dahin gehen!"

"Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families."

"The host was so wonderful! We had a great stay. Everything was updated and super clean. Apartment comfortably slept the 4 of us and there was a pullout sofa if needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre and we were always able to fine parking on the street. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The location of this place is unbelievable, we ate breakfast outside in the garden with an incredible view of the ocean! The windmill is iconic, very cool place to stay. The inside is cozy and was all that we needed, we had no complaints."

"Fantastic stay at this perfectly situated home. The house was absolutely spotless and the yard was an oasis. Light, bright and airy. We could walk into the village center or down around the corner to the natural pools and beach side bars. Seven adults and a baby did not feel crowded in this surpringly spacious house. "

The beach was a good addition and also within easy walking distance. We ate a few times at the restaurant there. The house is a great location from which to see the island and is 10 minutes from airport and Ponta Delgada. The checkin and checkout were easy. "

"Amazing location right in the middle of all the action! A few steps down the road you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the food you want for the house during your stay. The house was cleaned daily and is large and spacious! The owner was kind and courteous and made the stay simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Ponta Delgada!"

"Our stay was perfect! Very happy we picked this spot. Many extra nice touches when we arrived. Although we indulged and ate out for all our meals it was nice to know the kitchen was fully stocked if we needed it. Especially greatfull for the beach towels as we didn't bring any. Our host was amazing. Leonardo was so quick with communication and so nice to offer us a ride to the airport for our early morning flight. Great recommendation on the car rental, which was literally 30 seconds away and...

"Our family of five had a wonderful stay, at the property. The home was incredible - beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay.
