Private ferieboliger i Ponta Delgada

"Property was neat and tidy. There was air conditioning that worked in every room. Lots of available parking very bright and white interior, working TV with plenty of channels in English as well as other languages. Nice outdoor area as a terrace upstairs. Brand new frying pans well equipped kitchen beds were comfortable, quiet, neighborhood, safe neighborhood. We went for early morning walks for a mile and evening walks for 2 miles. Three minute walk to nearby cafe, 7 minute walk to a grocery...

"The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

"Very happy with my stay I have 2 boys anywhere else we stayed I had to stay on top of them 24/7 making sure everything stays how we found it but at this property there was a pool table a big flat screen they was able to watch movies the place itself is very spacious where I was comfortable they wasn’t going to break anything :) the outside enough room for them to get all their energy out with a great privacy wall from the street was a little far from the airport but well worth the drive if...

"The house was exactly as expected, quiet area. Parking was great and the house was clean. So close to the beach and having some beach equipment was a great add on. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again if it’s available. If you have a car you are so close to everything it really is a prime location. We were not disappointed. Thank you for having us and we hope to see you again soon"

"Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze vakantie woning. Ruime slaapkamers met airco. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief oven en magnetron. Wat we misten waren theedoeken om de afwas af te doen en een prullenbakje in de badkamer. 😉 Verder een heerlijk vakantiereis, centraal gelegen en dicht bij het strand. "

"How bad was it? Upon arrival the stove top did not function; leaks from the shower pan onto floor due to bad caulking . Furthermore the toilet did not flush; we had to improvise and use a large pot filled with water to flush it. Guest ready was made aware of these issues, stove top at the arrival and the bathroom the day after. We waited 4 days for someone to come and address the issues. The toilet was repaired but neither the leaks in the bathroom, nor the seeping water from the shower...

"Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms. Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. Parking lot about 50m away for 1 Euro per 24 hours that was convenient vs street parking. Ad posting...

"The view was beautiful and we enjoyed walking to 4 Platanos restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The patio was perfect for eating breakfast and stargazing in comfortable seats. There was plenty of street parking in front of the building. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Yes. Everything was clearly explained. "
