"Amazing location right in the middle of all the action! A few steps down the road you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the food you want for the house during your stay. The house was cleaned daily and is large and spacious! The owner was kind and courteous and made the stay simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Ponta Delgada!"

"Five of us stayed in the home for five nights. The home is located in Vila Franca do Campo which we much preferred to the larger and more crowded Ponta Delgada. The two balconies provided outstanding views of the island just off the coast. Check-in was seamless as Carlos was waiting for us. Highly recommend it and we were sad to have to leave. "

"Jose was wonderful in allowing us an early check-in due to our travel schedule. We had a small difficulty with the lockbox but José resolved the issue quickly, and it was our first exposure to the neighbors, who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I cant say enough about the neighbors on both sides of the house. "A wonderful vacation home. There were 13 of us who stayed in a very spacious house. All the amenities that you could need and more. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. We rented the large van from the owners and were able to drive around the island easily. Thank you to the hosts for a very nice stay"

"The house is spacious and is as shown. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee machine uses pods). The grocery store had everything we need and is within an easy walking distance. The beach was a good addition and also within easy walking distance. We ate a few times at the restaurant there. The house is a great location from which to see the island and is 10 minutes from airport and Ponta Delgada. The checkin and checkout were easy. "

"The location of this place is unbelievable, we ate breakfast outside in the garden with an incredible view of the ocean! The windmill is iconic, very cool place to stay. The inside is cozy and was all that we needed, we had no complaints."

"Nice property that comfortably fit 7 adults. Mosteiros is at the Western end of Sao Miguel so we did a lot of driving, but great location and walka Le to everything in town. Short walk around the corner for great sunsets. Pack a picnic or go to the two bars with great drinks and views. Host was easy to deal with and very helpful. Would return "
