Two issues we had was when we had arrived the house was not ready yet when my sisters first arrived. Our check in instructions said had our check in was after 3 and it was 4 when my sisters arrived and the housekeeper was still their cleaning. Andy the host was responsive to our concerns (we needed a new mattress, smoke detector chirp, and vacuum not on site) He was quick to respond and replaced the mattress (still needed a box spring) brought a ladder for the smoke detector and delivered a vacuum. "We shared our thoughts directly with Andrew who was responsive and kind. Other renters need to know the description of the stairs is no joke. The ones from the garage are steep but there are less of them and there are stairs to the primary bedroom as well. At this price point we're used to basic condiments and spices.
