Villa Roma Welcome to your perfect holiday retreat! This charming villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The villa has a large private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. It also has a spacious garden area equipped for children, where they can enjoy games such as ping-pong, badminton, or pétanque. Outside, a covered terrace, from where you can watch the little ones swimming in the pool, invites you to enjoy unforgettable dinners with family and friends, prepared on the barbecue for your best barbecues.

Inside, everything revolves around comfort.

You will find three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds, one of them with a private bathroom and another with two single beds. A spacious living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub offer all the necessary comfort.

The villa is located on a quiet street in the neighbourhood, accessible only to the few local residents, which guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Just two minutes by car from the iconic town of Pollensa, you can walk through historic cobbled streets, visit its famous art galleries, and enjoy local gastronomy in the town square. Ten minutes by car are the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, where you can refresh yourself in the crystal-clear waters or simply take a walk at sunset along the long seafront promenade and enjoy the sea views.

Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
