Incredible modern apartment located on the second floor of a beachfront building.
The Sivella II apartment has an elegant style and is located in one of the busiest areas of Puerto de Pollença, close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right outside the door!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, terrace and an additional solarium on the roof.
The interior of the apartment is modern, elegant and recently decorated to provide an even better holiday experience. Additionally, being located on a corner plot, it allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, which provides a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment has air conditioning.
The large gates of the courtyard lead to the front terrace, which offers stunning views over the sandy beach, the promenade and Pollensa Bay.
A flight of stairs leads to the roof terrace, a private area that enjoys the most sensational views and an additional space. For the comfort of our guests, it is not necessary to use a car on this property, however, there is a private parking (gates) available on the premises free of charge.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to bear in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
