Finca Villalonga is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in the countryside and only approx. 5 kilometres from the beach. The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach has a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is approx. 3.5 km away. It has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is particularly popular with surfers and sailors.

Finca Villalonga is an inviting, bright holiday home with well-kept country-style furnishings. All rooms are on one level. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa corner with a wood-burning stove and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is right next door and has a small breakfast nook. A beautiful Maré stone arch leads to the sleeping area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. Although the finca can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people, all bedrooms are of course available. This makes the house very suitable for families who need more space or for holidays with small groups of friends. Two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning. Fans are also available.

Finca Villalonga has a well-kept garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. The property is beautifully landscaped. There is a large terrace with a dining table and table tennis table right next to the house. A highlight is the large BBQ area by the pool with outdoor kitchen, brick barbecue, pizza/bread oven, work surface and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars are available on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
