WePuglia - La Casa sul Ponte

Casa sul Ponte is an apartment with a small private outdoor area, located in the heart of Polignano a Mare. The house owes its name to the adjacent Lama Monachile bridge, from which you can enjoy a splendid breathtaking view of the historic center overlooking the sea. The house includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is equipped with air conditioned and Wi-Fi, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Access to the apartment is through an external staircase, at the entrance there is a small outdoor area with outdoor table and chairs reserved for guests. The house consists of a living room with sofa and table with chairs, a kitchen with 4 gas burners, refrigerator, oven and table with chairs. The apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a small laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with single beds that can become a double bed if needed and another bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the two bedrooms.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.



Check-In: from 4pm to 11pm (Late Check-In until 02:00am 30€)

Check-Out: before 10am



Cautionary Deposit: 100€
