WePuglia - Casa Framari

Casa Framari is an independent house with private terrace, located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. The house is about 300 m from the downtown overlooking the sea and 450 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and it can accommodate up to 3 people.



Casa Framari is accessed via a stone staircase leading to the first floor, where there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bed in an alcove. On the first floor there is also a small bathroom with shower. A stone staircase leads to the second floor, where there is the kitchen equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and table with chairs. There is also a second bathroom with shower and a private terrace with outdoor table and chairs.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
