TD Trulli del Podere Trulli w/ Pool & Scenic View

Immersed in the quiet of the Apulian countryside, Trulli del Podere is located just 3 km from Polignano a Mare, one of the most fascinating and suggestive villages in Puglia. The house, with its typical Mediterranean character, is located on a small hill that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside, offering an atmosphere of relaxation, privacy and authenticity.
The property consists of a suggestive lamia with attached trullo and a stone structure, recently built, overlooking the pool. In the main building there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with direct access to outdoor spaces and a bathroom. In the characteristic stone trullo, on the other hand, there is a second double bedroom with private bathroom, which preserves the charm of traditional Apulian architecture.
The outdoor spaces are designed to fully experience the climate and the views of the area. A large covered area with outdoor kitchen and relaxation area overlooks the pool and the sea and is protected by elegant windows that shelter from the typical mistral of the area, making the environment comfortable even on the most ventilated days. The area is completed by a stone barbecue and a traditional wood-burning oven, ideal for outdoor dining and convivial moments.
The 5x10 meter private pool is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower and is surrounded by green countryside, creating a perfect environment for relaxing on hot summer days.
Next to the pool there is a structure that houses three independent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and mini fridge, designed to ensure comfort and autonomy for guests. One of the rooms also has direct access to a small private citrus grove with table and stove, a private space where you can enjoy moments of tranquility immersed in the scents of nature.
The location of the villa is also ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful destinations in the area, including Monopoli at 7 km, the suggestive Castellana Grotte at 12 km and the famous village of the trulli of Alberobello at 28 km. Trulli del Podere is the perfect choice for those who want to experience an authentic stay in Puglia, between tradition, comfort and unforgettable landscapes.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
A surcharge of 100,00 € is required for late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
