Respect of the basic rules of good neighborliness, avoid shouting and screaming and of course not damage the structure and furnishings located. From 01/01/2018 the Tourist Tax is applied for 1 euro from 01/11 to 31/03 and 2 euro from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 14 are excluded. From 01.01.2018 is applied the City Tax. That Tax is 1 euro per person from 01/11 to 31/03 and of 2 euro per person from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 14 years old do not pay that tax.

As it is located in the center, it is very close to all public means of communication. There are also public parking spaces available at a charge, not in the immediate vicinity.

Characteristic house located a few meters from the sea with stone steps, balcony with ancient billboard, exclusive terrace with attic and city view and equipped with outdoor furniture suitable for eating foods. The optimal occupancy is 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 thanks to two openable closets or a French sofa bed when needed.
