The spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a small modern apartment building, and is reached by convenient stairs.
The entrance is into a bright dining room, furnished with an open kitchen, table, chairs and 1 double sofa bed. This spacious living area overlooks a nice balcony equipped for outdoor dining.
A small hallway leads to the 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, TV and desk for smart working.
Completing the interior are 2 shower rooms, both with windows.

Dimora Sardaro Apartment is located in the very center of Polignano a Mare, a stone`s throw from Piazza Aldo Moro and less than 500 meters from Porta Vecchia and the picturesque Lama Monachile, one of the most beautiful and photographed coves in Italy.
The location is perfect for experiencing the city to the fullest but also for exploring other beautiful destinations such as Monopoli, Locorotondo and the splendid Alberobello, with its magnificent Unesco-protected trulli.
The train station is only 400 m away. Adjacent to the train station is the free Polignano Stazione parking lot.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating in winter months, from the 1st November until the 31st March, mandatory extra euro 5 per day, to pay upon arrival.
- Shared washing machine.
