"The cottage was definitely rustic and quaint. We loved the screened porch and the location. Do not expect all conditions to be clean and sanitized, however. For instance, the pillow on the main bed needs to be thrown away as does the mattress cover and some blankets (mold and various stains). You do need to bring your own sheets and towels (not sure it stated this in instructions), but it didn't really help with the 'ick factor ' knowing what was under the sheets. "Loved my stay at the Doll House! It is well equipped in a quiet neighborhood.The flower gardens, outdoor seating, front porch where you can hear the running brook, and the back porch are added bonuses to this cozy cute home. Highly recommend. Great location within walking distance to town."
