With four updated bathrooms, there’s room for everyone to feel comfortable. Outside, the covered porch, mature trees, and wide lawn invite you to relax after a day exploring Ludlow, Okemo Mountain, or the nearby lakes and trails.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Ludlow, along Vermont’s famous Route 100, the farmhouse offers easy access to outdoor adventure and small-town charm. Ski and snowboard at Okemo Mountain Resort (7 min), hike to Buttermilk Falls (9 min), or enjoy maple syrup tastings and scenic drives. Year-round, it’s the perfect Southern Vermont base.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Air Conditioning: There are 3 window units available. There’s one in the living-room, one in the bar area and the last one is in the upstairs studio-room above the bar, on Side A.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Pets: We love pets but unfortunately, they are not allowed at our property. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 8 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 8 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
