"We were very happy with our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was very clean and updated. The walk down to the association beach was quick and easy enough to do with our little ones. One of the days the beach was a bit crowded but the next day we had it all to ourselves which was a nice bonus. I would recommend this condo!"

"The condo at The Village was in a great location right near the Weirs pier/beach area. We have stayed in three different units in The Village complex and this unit was the cleanest, most comfortable and most tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay there again!"

" TROUBLE WITH DIGTIAL DOOR LOCK. THAT DID NOT LOCK OR OPEN ALL THE TIME. TOILET THAT DID NOT FLUSH CORRECTLY. OWNER KNEW ABOUT BOTH THESE ISSUES AND DID NOT ADDRESS PROBLEM BEFORE WE GOT THERE. ELECTRIAL OUTLET PULLS OUT OF THE WALL. SHOWER HANDLE WAS BROKEN OFF, PORCH FURNITURE CUSHIONS WERE VERY DIRTY. PROPANE GRILL WAS VERY DIRTY AND IN POOR CONDITION. POTS AND PANS WILL TEFLON SCRATCHES IN THEM.. DIRTY PANS. DIRTY SINK FAUCETS. PORCH CANOPY COLLASPED. HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES AS PROOF....

"On first look, the building is somewhat generic. Very plain. Inside, the owner did a great job of updating everything. Everything was clean, new or “almost new”. We felt at home. I would stay there again!"

"There were three of us who booked this space for a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion. Location was nice, it was about 10/15 minutes from the concert venue. You could definitely walk down to the Weirs Beach strip if you’d like. I tried being in touch with host several times with no communication back, however it’s a company called Vacasa that is the host. A few complaints about it - the building that the residence is in you must use stairs to get, this includes parking on an upper lot and then...

"Fantastic stay at the condo. Perfectly clean and ready when we arrived and stocked with extras such as coffee, condiments and the little things easy to forget. Towels and chairs for the beach were available but we rented a pontoon boat for the lake instead. Location was perfect with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. "

"We loved staying on this property because of the lake! The place is right on the lake and it's so easy to just walk down and spend the whole day swimming. The property was clean and had what we needed there. There was an ac in each room and an ac unit in the living area which was great."

"This cabin was lovely. Plenty of room, privacy, a calming stream to listen to while having coffee on the huge porch in the mornings. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of entertainment. My only recommendation is do not take Melvin Rd. Our GPS directed us there and we were lucky we made it. The main road to the restaurant is the best route. "

"I was happy that parking was paved. The inside climate was comfortable, and no problem sleeping. The couch was comfy. Shower was hot and stayed hot. Toilet, flushed. I like that i didnt have to bring linen. I enjoyed having a grill while on vacation it made dinners and leftovers, uhh cake. ."
