"Pros: Location is fantastic, close to everything. Staff is the highlight: everyone is friendly, helpful and customer-oriented. Breakfast is really good quality. Lobby is modern and nice. Hotel is clean and quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. Cons: This is by no means a 5-star hotel (at international level) as they advertise. Frühstück landestypisch, in Ordnung"

"Excellent! Recently renovated. Large bedrooms with plenty of amenities. Excellent breakfast, too."

Then he came back with a photocopy of my credit card and my passport. This opens up the possibility of stealing my data. I requested the copy, but I had no way of checking whether more copies existed. When I left the hotel next morning, a new...

"Not what we expected"
