"Great staff !!! I’ll come back!!"

"We arrived really early in the morning. Transportation was waiting for us at the airport. We arrived at the hotel and were able to check in. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious (especially the juice), we had dinner at the hotel and they had GF pasta, service was 10/10! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again."

"Nice family always willing to help."

"Good location / room and towels small bad"

"Exelent Hotel Emperador in Downtown Guadalajara I would just make a minor change in the rooms, at least in the room # 32 that i stayed in, and that would be to add a mid size table with 2 chairs, one on each side of the table, to use it to dine in the room and also use as desk at the same time."

"Staff was great letting us in late! Cute simply room with comfy king bed. Loved it!"

"Everything was very clean and the people was very friendly"

"The bathroom light did not work . It did bot has a fan on the room"

"Amazing experience. Would definitely stay here again!"
