"Rooms were very clean. Staff super nice,friendly and very helpful. The only issue we had was that Expedia stated that the resort had an elevator for my 83 year old mother but it does not. They did give her one of the more accessible rooms and we made it work however if a person has difficulty with stairs this may not be a resort for them"

"The staff in the morning were super friendly I let them know I was moving out lots of smiles and laughs the air conditioning was amazing in the bedroom and the main area nice TV everything was perfect I did have a power outage just before I went to have a shower but I’m sure that was out of their control things happen but I definitely come back here and stay a game I’m gonna try to book a game before I go in the new year"

"First time to Hualtulco. Hotel was amazing. Staff was always friendly and ready to serve you. Room was great bed was super comfy. Definitely coming back.
If I had to complain it would be to have small fridge to keep water and pop cold. Also to keep leftover food from outside restaurants. And a dresser. "
