"This place was marvelous. It’s even better than the pictures make it look. Don’t hesitate. Book now. It’s be a yearly retreat for us if we didn’t have to pay for airfare to Costa Rica too. The manager lives next door and is super helpful as she understands the area well, and even runs her own coffee shop down the road from the house. If you rent a vehicle, make sure to get a 4x4. We went in the rainy season, and in addition to navigating potholes everywhere (not on the property, but on the roads...

"Ben was an amazing host! He was kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful with everything. We were fortunate to have a whole month there so we could really slow down and appreciate the Pura Vida spirit. We enjoyed our little "tree house" thoroughly. It felt very authentically Costa Rican, warm, earthy and full of heart. We spent at least an hour a day under the fans on the top porch in the Hammocks! We saw monkeys in our yard most days! "Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Rooms and pool were clean and relaxing. Kitchen area didn't have any air conditioning, so was very hot while cooking and gathering there. Had a few issues with keys not working in locks. Overall nice place, and worked well for what we needed."
