"It was a wonderful visit and Elizabeth is an incredible host! The villa was just as pictured and was well appointed! The beach was so close and given the location, seemed very private and quiet! Shopping and other amenities were just a short 10 minute drive for the most part!! Loved our time there!!"

"We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. "

"I stayed at this villa with my adult children in May and the Villa is just as beautiful pictured- really clean and nicely decorated. Carlos was very helpful from the check in process, he promptly responded to any issues/questions or doubts we had and was very pleasant to work with. Vanessa and Jimmy were also very quick responding during the booking process. The pool area was our favorite spot. There are a few restaurants on the resort grounds that we also enjoyed. "We stayed the first week of June 2025 so I think it was the off season. There were not many people there at all, felt like we had the place to ourselves. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, just the people at the gates, but they were very friendly. The VRBO was perfect for the 4 of us and had just about everything we needed! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was awesome, especially after a long day at the beach and everyone just wanting a shower! Being able to do laundry was also great....

"It was an extraordinary experience, it rain alot and we still have a great time. We grill, play games, enjoy the lush vegetation, and the pool. The house is very conformable with everything you need available, also the stores are 10 minutes away down the mountain some of my guests said it was the most relaxing vacation they ever experience. "We had a great stay. Nice place, beautiful landscape. Good location between the hustle and bustle of San Juan and the beaches and activities in Fajardo and Luquillo. Instead of cars and music at night, we went to sleep to the sounds of rainforest critters. The beds were very comfortable.
