Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment.



Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, so there is no need to carry keys around.



If parking access is needed, we can provide a parking garage RF card. A refundable USD 20 deposit per card is required and will be returned at check-out once the card is handed back in good condition.



Guests also have access to the building’s shared amenities, including rooftop pools, gym, rooftop bar and coworking space, according to building rules and availability.

IPANA is located in one of Playa del Carmen’s most convenient and desirable areas, just 100m from the famous 5th Avenue.



You’ll be close to restaurants, cafés, nightlife, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets, while still having access to a comfortable premium building with rooftop amenities and coworking space.



Popular nearby spots include Salento, The Pitted Date, Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola and La Vagabunda. You’ll also find 7-Eleven, OXXO and Selecto Chedraui within a short walk.



The beach is approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk away, making this a great location for guests who want to enjoy Playa del Carmen mostly on foot.

- Salt, oil and pepper are available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.

- Sofa bed linens must be requested before 4:00 PM on check-in day. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed after that time.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.

- Laundry detergent is not included. Detergent pods may be requested at least 24 hours in advance for USD 5 per pack of 3 pods.

- Travel crib available for USD 15 per stay, subject to availability and advance request. Confirmation is required.

- Wristbands are mandatory for guests according to building rules.

- Building A features a complimentary coworking space for guests, ideal for working comfortably during your stay.

- Coworking space includes high-speed internet and access to equipped meeting rooms, subject to availability.

- Pets, service animals and emotional support animals are allowed. For pets or emotional support animals, please notify us in advance so we can note it properly.

- If parking access is needed, a refundable USD 20 deposit per parking RF card is required.

- Some apartments are equipped with energy-saving systems that use PIR sensors to automatically turn off the A/C when no guests are in the room.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately at MXN 3 per kWh.
