Getting Around:
The condo is located about 57 km (35 miles) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s recommended to pre-arrange transportation. Options include private transport, renting a car, or taking the ADO bus. If you’re arriving by car, one free designated parking spot is available. Be aware of paid parking meters in downtown Playa, in effect from 10 am to 10 pm, Monday through Sunday. Make sure to pay the meter and display the receipt on your dashboard.
Other Things to Note:
- The condo is on the 2nd floor you must climb stairs to access the unit and the pool.
- Basic essentials like soap and toilet paper are provided, but these are not replenished during your stay.
- Long-term stays are ideal for remote workers, with laptop-friendly workspaces and reliable Wi-Fi.
- For stays of 28+ days, an electricity fee of $167 USD per month applies, and two mid-stay cleanings at $40 USD each are required.
- The condo is kid-friendly. Please contact us for additional items like cribs.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival subject to the booking platform (not ABB). It is a temporary hold and will be released after check-out if no damage occurs.
