Guest Access:

Self check-in. We provide a personal access code so you can enter the condo at your convenience within the established check-in window, with no waiting and no front-desk lines. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Step outside and you are a short stroll from Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue), a pedestrian-only street lined with shops, boutiques, and restaurants serving everything from authentic Mexican cuisine to international flavors.



The beach is practically at your doorstep, with Mamita's Beach Club about a 5-minute walk away and other beach clubs nearby. Convenience stores and local markets for daily needs are within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

Transportation options near the condo:



- Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 55-minute drive.

- Parking: Free street parking is available, convenient if you rent a car.

- Public transit: Local bus stops are a short distance away for exploring Playa del Carmen and beyond.

- To Fifth Avenue: Easily walkable, or take a quick taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Good to know before you book:



- There is ongoing construction adjacent to this building; some noise may be heard during the day. Work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- The rooftop pool is communal and shared with other guests; this condo does not have a private pool.

- All guests must follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

- Before arrival we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations, to comply with building rules and keep good relations with neighbors.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Extra cleaning or replenishment is available for an additional cost.

- For the A/C to work properly, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C.
