Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

To help you get around seamlessly, here is some key information about transportation options near our luxury condo in Playa del Carmen. The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is located approximately 50 minutes away by car. For your absolute convenience, we offer free parking on the premises.



To explore the city, taxis and private transportation services are readily available.



Additionally, the ADO bus station—which connects you to various cities and attractions across the Yucatan Peninsula—is just a few minutes' drive away, making your day trips and excursions incredibly easy.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the ID of each guest who will be staying, as well as a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with the neighbors and comply with the building's regulations.



The condominium undergoes periodic fumigation as a preventive measure. However, due to the city's humid climate and the local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, we highly recommend not leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. We also provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you would like additional cleaning or a replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra charge.



To ensure the air conditioning functions properly, we kindly ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is turned on and to avoid setting the temperature below 21°C (70°F), as this could cause the unit to malfunction during your stay.
