"Some trouble getting in but could have been some user error. The lock is a little different and it spins so can be confusing. The owners checked in quite a bit until they could get in. The only other trouble was the second shower had no hot water. Had to use 1 shower for everyone. Only there for a long weekend so unable to be fixed that quick, understandable. Owner was very respectful and responsive. The home was very clean and tidy. Seems like everyone was comfortable in the beds as well....

Access to an outdoor deck area provided cooling shade from a truly glorious golden locust that overhung the house, as well as beautiful views of downtown rooftops & Lake Champlain beyond. A “cozy” bathroom & shower arrangement, but everything was immaculately clean, and well-appointed. We’d gladly return if we were ever in the area,...

"We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!"

"Very good accommodations near downtown. Very clean. Pillows need to be replaced. It smelled too much like Febreeze or a cleaning product but otherwise good. We also should have been notified that there is a tenant who shares the driveway."

"We loved this rental and our trip to the lake was perfect! The cabin was clean, the instructions from the host were easy, and the views of the lake were stunning. We spent the days swimming and enjoyed the fire pit each night. Being so close to the water was one of our favorite parts of the trip. "This was a great place to get away with our kids. The dock, kayak and canoe made fishing a hit for our two little boys. We also loved cool nights in the hot tub overlooking the water. The stone pier a few feet down the road was also find for the kids to go fish from. Close restaurants and stores within 5-7 minutes made running errands easy. We also drive over to Vermont (bridge was minutes away) and enjoyed time there as well. Excellent layout of the home, loved the soaking tub and large shower...

"The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. We didn't stay in the summer, but this is definitely a perfect kayak base camp. Will definitely consider coming back in the summertime for just that."

"Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!"

"The property was excellent, of course...on the water, facing west, very quiet, immaculate neighborhood. Bit of an old, musty smell - like an old camp. Did not bother us but it was there. Very easy directions and instructions for use of the property. Uber was easy picking up and dropping off. Towels and linens were very clean. Thank you for a great stay."

"Nice, simple, well maintained accommodation. It is important to note that this property does not have a kitchen and the bedroom has two single beds. As long as that situation works for you, this is a good place to stay when you are visiting Burlington."
