"View was amazing & the space was great!There were A LOT of spider webs & some spiders, inside. It's so easy to clean those up & spray for them, so could be a simple fix. If not for that, I would have given it 5 stars."

"Great little house near the center of Burlington. Everything is in walking distance, which is great. We were in the area for a college tour of UVM, and need a dog friendly place for a couple of night. This rental worked out perfectly. The check-in process was super easy and everything was exactly as expected based on the listing. "

"The house was lovely, views of the lake were amazing! It was equipped with all of your basic needs to cook and eat-in. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset and watching the sailboats in Mallettes bay. Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!"

"This is my second visit to the Allen Street house. The location is ideal for visiting my kids who live in the old north end. I also travel with my two dogs and the enclosed yard and driveway are a game changer!! We had a burst pipe and Stephanie and the maintenance crew were right on it! My only complaint is I do like to cook and the pots and kitchen accessories are limited. "
