Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high...

The duplex is on a quiet cul-de-sac about 10 minutes from campus. Loved the screened in porch, too. Communication with owners was top-notch! "Our family had a great stay at this property. We appreciated how well the house and yard are maintained, the cleanliness of the house, and the thought that clearly went into the interior design. Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary tools, dish-ware and utensils, better than any other VRBO property that we have stayed at. Lots of games available to keep the family entertained. The outside deck overlooking the lake was a spectacular place to hang out."
