"Very nice place. Quiet, clean, and picturesque. Check in and check out are done through text message and no staff or present on site. This made my stay feel somewhat disconnected. However, the room was well appointed and spacious and the price was very reasonable. There is no breakfast offered but apparently plans are in place to offer that sometime in the future."

"I have been using VRBO for as long as VRBO has been in existence! This was by far one ur best family vaca. It hit all the points! Location, clean best host ever Denis is close by for all your needs. Swimming, kayaking and SUP as well as snorkeling and fishing are just mere yards away. The roominess was spectacular with plenty of space for alone time and family meals and game night. Tv in almost every room. 9 I believe. Covered front and back porches makes watching the occasional summer...

"This is a great place, great location, there are neighbors but through a healthy amount of woods. There are a lot of trails around, including the neighborhood. Would stay here again."

"This was the perfect woods home. Close to hiking, biking, the Ausable Chasm, Lake Placid, Whiteface - whatever we were looking to do, it was a short drive away. The pool and hot tub were great, although a bit cold as we were there later in the season."
