"The staff are great. They provided us with excellent customer service. There was a minor issue with our room. When they got the feedback through, they reached out to us within hours to see how they could accommodate us. They went beyond our expectation. The breakfast is awesome and Marie was super pleasant. I fully heartedly recommend this hotel and dont miss breakfast! "

"The bed was really comfortable which is important to me. Also pillows weren't paper thin which was nice. Bathroom massive, nice shower. Clean room. A great place for a stay. Only downside is I happened to be next door to a family with a kid who was loud - walls don't muffle sound too much, but by 11 pm he was out and it was fine. All in all, a great stay."

"Maybe i got a bad room, but the entire place is severly run down. My room borders a health hazard. Mold, and dust everywhere. Floor is sticky. My bathroom water kept dripping. Aircon no cold air and the filters has not been cleaned since it was indtalled 20 years ago.
I was afraid to open any drawers and would not recommend to go barefeet in the room.
The pool is there, bit i dont think it has been in operation for many years and borders a health hazard.
I will never stay here again.

"Hotellet er slidt. Der bliver kun redt seng og gjort rent, hvis man har sat sig ind i de skilte, som kan sættes på dørhåndtaget.
Opvarmingen sker med meget gammel og utæt varmepumpe.
På den side vi boede på, var der døgnet rundt brummende maskinstøj fra mediehuset på den anden side af gaden. "
