"Pænt værelse, men de var slet ikke klar til gæster ! Ved pool området var der ingen solparasoller ! Der var stadig håndværker på hotellet område. Aircondition kunne kun varme op, så det var ikke muligt at sove køligt. Der stod at der var havudsigt fra værelset, men der var “kun” del vis havudsigt. Den indendørs pool var ikke opvarmet. "

"Beautiful Property, Poor Execution While the facility itself is stunning, several issues made for a disappointing stay that fell short of a five-star experience: • Room Quality & Amenities: Our "double" bed was actually two singles pushed together. Furthermore, basic amenities like hand soap and body lotion were missing from our sink, though we noticed them in other rooms. • Construction Noise: We were woken up daily by loud machinery from the hotel’s own expansion project. When we complained, the reception dismissively suggested we simply stay inside with the doors closed. • Service Failures: We were locked out of our room for nearly two hours. While we were given a temporary room to wait in, no further effort was made to compensate for the significant inconvenience. • Dining Issues: Under the half-board plan, we were surprised to find that even water incurred an extra charge. Additionally, coffee service (coffee is made by a machine) at breakfast was consistently slow; a self-service station would be much more efficient. The Highlights: The food is fresh and healthy, the gym and spa are well-maintained, and the adjacent parking is very convenient. However, the management and attention to detail need significant improvement."

"A lovely hotel with all the facilities we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service at the beach was also marked by smiles and excellent, friendly service. All in all, a wonderful experience with a high standard from start to finish"

"Lækkert hotel og fantastisk beliggenhed. Dog mangler de en pool fra unge mellem 6-18 år, da de unge ikke må benytte den lækre pool. Den pool de kan benytte er en pool, hvor de små børn på ca 4 -6 år bader og der er skrig og skrål. Det varmet kæmpe minus for vores 3 teenager børn."
