"Very cozy cabin in a cute small town with a beautiful view of the lake. Super simple checking in and out. Nice kitchen setup that we enjoyed using (but no dishwasher). We hung out in the gazebo, sat by the fire pit, and had a nice, quiet weekend. Highly recommend!"

"The weather looked bleak heading into our weekend here. But the weather gods gave us plenty of sun shine to enjoy this cozy place. The beds are very small. But comfy. Very friendly neighbors. Throughly loved the escape. Never had a reason to contact the host, which I think speaks volumes of the property and experience."

"We had a nice stay at this cottage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It really is just a few steps from the lake. We were delighted to have kayaks there available for our use. We had a great blue heron, a family of 5 swans, and a cormorant visit our dock. We enjoyed hiking in some nearby nature preserves, and took day trips to South Haven and Holland. The smart TVs were nice for evening relaxing. Overall a nice spot for an enjoyable vacation."

"Lovely little slice of nature. Picture perfect view from the deck to watch the steam rise off the cove while sipping your morning coffee. The swans and ducks visited the dock in the evenings. Would highly recommend this cozy cabin! "

"We loved this property for our family getaway. The house was clean and the multiple decks provided spaces for everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the enclosed deck with our toddler and dog! The hot tub was an added bonus. We loved being away in the quiet yet close to Lake Michigan and all the other attractions nearby. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had an absolutely perfect stay over Labor Day weekend. Plenty of space for ourselves and our five children (ages 4-15), and everyone had a great time. Exactly the laid back, quiet goodbye to summer we were looking for!! The kids caught tons of fish from the dock, and we all enjoyed kayaking on the clear-as-glass water. The house itself was charming and we enjoyed finding new antique treasures in every corner through the weekend. Exactly as a Michigan cottage should be! "

"Kitchen was perfect, we called this house “everything but olive oil” because they literally had everything you could possibly need but olive oil! Keep in mind if you come in Summer like us it's best to keep the blinds and curtains closed as its cooled by a window unit. They do have a water filter in the fridge which we really appreciated. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the sunrise over Swan Lake. It was the perfect way to end our Michigan road trip. Highly recommend checking...
