↬ For your safety, outdoor security cameras record 24/7: one at the front and one overlooking the patio. They`re for security purposes ONLY. Noise detection device to monitor volume levels inside.

↬ Entrance/Exit is ONLY through the back door. Front door entrance is unfortunately not accessible.

↬ Basement & Under-stair closet is not accessible, these are used for storage purposes only

↬Washer & Dryer currently NOT available as an amenity.

↬ Photos may slightly differ from the actual property due to upgrades, new decor, or maintenance.

Aside from the front door entrance, basement and closet under the stairs, the entire home is accessible. These areas are reserved for property storage. Front door entrance is not accessible for safety purposes.

For your convenience, we offer a queen size air mattress stored neatly in the closet. This ensures flexible sleeping arrangements while preserving ample space when not in use.

**House Rules**

1. **Parties and Noise**: Large parties or events are not allowed. Small celebrations are fine but must be communicated in advance. Noise must be minimized between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine and possible eviction.

2. **No Smoking**: Smoking is not permitted inside. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the backyard ashtray. Smoking indoors will incur a $2,000 fine.

3. **No Pets**: Pets are not allowed due to guest sensitivities. A $400 fee will be charged for deep cleaning if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found.

4. **Unregistered Guests**: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors must be communicated in advance and are limited. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per person.

5. **Liability**: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. The host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. By accepting this reservation, guests assume all risks.

6. **Check-In/Out**: Early check-ins and late check-outs require prior approval. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 for every half hour.

7. **Children**: Children are welcome with the following conditions:
- Must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Guests are responsible for any necessary baby proofing
- Guests must inspect any provided child items, as the host does not check these for liability reasons. Guests assume full responsibility for their use.

8. **Furniture**: Please do not rearrange the furniture.

9. **Makeup Removal**: Use black washcloths for makeup removal.

10. **Toilets**: Only flush toilet paper.

11. **Grill/Fire Pit**: Do not leave the grill or fire pit unattended or on when not in use. Please clean after each use or additional 50$ will be charged for cleaning services. Fire extinguisher by back door entrance in case of emergency.

12. **Security Devices**: Do not tamper with outdoor cameras or noise devices. Unplugging these will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

13. ** Mac Miller Mural** This artwork holds special significance for us, and we kindly ask for your help in preserving it. If you have children with you, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in supervising them near this area to prevent any accidental damage. Any damage could result in repair costs of $500 to $1,000, for which guest(s) will be liable.

14. Entrance/Exit is ONLY through the back door. Front door entrance is unfortunately not accessible.

15. Basement & Under-stair closet is not accessible, these are used for storage purposes only

16. Patio String Light remote is found in the kitchen island drawer. Please return it where it was originally found after use

17. To access dishwasher machine- pull door straight out, do NOT pull up and out. Dish pods located in the kitchen pantry

18. Each bedroom has a portable heater, humidifier, and air conditioner, while the home also features central heating and cooling. To adjust the thermostat in the living room, slide the right side of the device to change the settings. Feel free to refill the humidifiers as needed.
