"The hotel itself was different from what I’m used to and I think that’s what drew me in. Loved the large windows and the views if the city. Loved the king bed and how simple the room was. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too. Will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future!"

"We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. While the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s to be expected. The bathroom featured a warm toilet seat with a bidet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Indoor parking was a major convenience. Best of all, communication with the host team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!"

Because of that I chose to stay at Fifth Mansions eventhough its a bit far from the sights of Pittsburgh .... but the area is very nice with nice restaurants and shops. Fifth Mansions was exactly the experience I expected - a great place to live while on holiday in Pittsburgh."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful. When I asked for directions to a store to buy an umbrella the gentleman at the front desk provided me with his or the hotel's umbrella to use. It was so super helpful and thoughtful. I was going to a ceremony and it started to pour while there- that umbrella was key! Thanks very much to MC hotel for putting guest first and caring!! "

"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....
