"We loved this house. Great neighborhood and walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, breweries, art galleries. We had some challenges with communication with the realty managing it. Once we were in touch with the actual property manager, things went very smoothly. This house has a minimum 30 day stay. Housekeeping came once and did a minimal clean."

"Property met all expectations and was as advertised. There were a few minor items that owner may want to address: 1. Ceiling fan in main bedroom seems to have bearing going out, made a lot of noise when turned on, so we did not use it. 2. Branches were hanging very low over the firepit, partially obscuring view and potentially a fire hazard."

"The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. "

"This is our second year staying in this cute little cottage. It has all the comforts of home. The space is beautiful. There’s a little nook outside that you can sit and read your Bible or have your coffee while watching the horses play in the meadow next-door. Connie is very quick to answer any questions or to be there for any help you may need"

"The house and all the furnishings were great and the hot tub was perfect for the cool nights. The location was between DuPont and Highlands so we were able to do all the sightseeing we wanted. I was really looking forward to kayaking on the lake but the rest of my group wasn’t up for that. We really appreciated the Brevard restaurant menus and loved The Square Root. My only complaint was the 2 mile gravel road. We almost rode a motorcycle and would have had issues getting to the house. Please...
