"We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

Vi skulle selv sørge for at dække bordet med bestik og servietter. Hotellet ligger ikke centralt i byen, men er relativt tæt på liften. Spa og sauna var udmærket og åben, men aromaterapi var lukket.
