"We’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and Kempinski has been one of the very best! We stayed in a very big and nice room with the most amazing view overlooking the mountains and the piste right below us. We’ve also enjoyed the spa facilities at the hotel, which we also liked very much! Staff were very friendly, especially the guy who checked us in and the guy (Antonio) who checked us out. We’re definitely coming back in the future!"

"Son derece güzel,rahat ve sessiz bir otel.Aslında gondolaya 10-15 dk.yürüme mesafesinde ancak biraz yokuş olduğundan dönüşte kayak ekipmanları ile zorlanabiliniyor.Otelin shuttle servisi var ama yarım saate bir.Servisler sabah ve akşam kayak için ring sefer yapmalı.Otelin kahvaltısı güzel ama hergün aynı çeşitler çıkıyor.Ayrıca hiçbir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık.Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever."

"Bra hotell, rett ved gondolen og bakken. Supert med spa og skiutleie i hotellet. Anbefales."

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. "

"Nice hotel in quiet position but within walking distance to town and gondola. Large spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Dinner includes local wines and beer.Lovely spa area. Very friendly and helpful reception man Salih. Thank you"

"Flot hotel, receptionisten talte engelsk og god, traditionel bulgarsk mad morgen og aften. Dog var restauranten travl og personalet var ikke hjælpsomme. Vi skulle selv sørge for at dække bordet med bestik og servietter. Hotellet ligger ikke centralt i byen, men er relativt tæt på liften. Spa og sauna var udmærket og åben, men aromaterapi var lukket. "

"Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok iyi. Ama bir daha kalmam."

"Stor hotel med kun 2 andre gæster end os.. Flere faciliteter virkede ikke eller var lukkede. Receptionist talte meget dårligt engelsk."

"Breakfast is good .But the bed is very hard ,we Got backpain at can’t sleep so Well.We Can heard a lot of noise from the other room. This place is not gpod to visit ina summer time esp. to those not really know the place.It’s just boring ."

"We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). We appreciated that there was a kitchen towel and a feet towel (something that is missing in many other Bulgarian rental units), as well as...

"Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

"They accommodated our late check in and assisted in reserving a parking space for us. For the money the room was perfectly fine. Very friendly staff. Within walking distance to the bottom of the gondola and town"

"Excellent place good service, the owner was there all the time for us and drove us every day to ski. Free breakfast, not kosher, good location. Worth the money. לא כשר כרגע"

"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were...
